1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ShonaTech website and purchasing products from Shona Prince Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or purchase our products.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products and services as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, images, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

2.2 Authorized Retailer Status

ShonaTech is an authorized retailer of Starlink products. All products sold are genuine Starlink equipment purchased through official channels. We are not affiliated with or directly employed by Starlink/SpaceX, but operate as an independent authorized retailer.

2.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after receipt of your order.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full before products are shipped. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Mobile Money payments. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

3.3 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been shipped, our Return Policy applies.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary by location and product. Standard delivery takes 4-10 business days. Express delivery options may be available for additional fees. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from ShonaTech pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Important: Once a Starlink kit has been opened or activated, it cannot be returned or refunded. We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. Complete details are available in our Return Policy.

6. Warranties

6.1 Product Warranty

Starlink products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms and conditions are determined by Starlink. We will assist you with warranty claims but are not responsible for honoring manufacturer warranties.

6.2 Installation Services

Our professional installation services are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of installation. We will return to correct any installation-related issues at no additional charge during this period.

6.3 Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHONA PRINCE TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Starlink Service Subscription

Hardware purchase from ShonaTech is separate from Starlink service subscription. You must activate and subscribe to service directly with Starlink after purchasing hardware. We provide assistance with activation but do not control or manage Starlink service subscriptions, billing, or terms of service.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of others
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Resell products for commercial purposes without authorization

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Shona Prince Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Starlink and related trademarks are owned by SpaceX. We use these marks as an authorized retailer only.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
