Signature Requirements

Due to the high value of Starlink products, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

P.O. Box Addresses

We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Customs and Import Duties

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid directly to customs or the carrier.
